Boadas 1880 attended this year 2016, together with its commercial partner in Mexico, the ANTAD fair in Guadalajara, where the range of Serrano ham and Cured Meats that we are marketing was presented, along with new products.
Likewise, the new “TE CUIDA” range was also presented, the first traditional chorizo in the meat market with a 60% reduction in saturated fats and 40% in salt while preserving its quality and flavor. This range has received the Innovation award from the first call by the National Association of Meat Industries of Spain (ANICE).
This innovation has been developed over 3 years by Boadas 1880 R, in a European project focused on research into improvements in the nutritional profiles of food products; and where Boadas has been selected as the only Spanish company to participate in this European project, due to its century-long experience since 1880.
Boadas 1880 is currently the “Market Leader in Mexico in products manufactured, sliced and packaged in Spain”.
