C-042a, where we will present at our stand the first Boadas Good For You cured meats family, a major innovation and scientific breakthrough for food and exclusive in Europe.
Boadas Good For You is a healthy revolution due to the 50% reduction in fat and 45% reduction in salt, while maintaining the high organoleptic quality for cured products, with measurable analytical results at European level and audited by a global cooperation project called Terifiq. This outstanding result is due to the great effort in R by Boadas 1880 and a global scientific partnership of several manufacturers and leading official analysis institutes from Norway, France, Germany, Ireland and other countries.
Boadas 1880 has been the only Spanish company selected, due to its heritage – 1880 –, product quality and substantial ongoing investment in research and development to actively participate in this major European project, and to improve the quality of different cured meat and cheese products among others, and achieve a significant improvement for discerning European consumers.
