BOADAS 1880 S.A. has received funding for its energy saving and efficiency project REPLACEMENT AND ENERGY IMPROVEMENT IN DRYERS, through the NATIONAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY FUND and managed by the INSTITUTE FOR ENERGY DIVERSIFICATION AND SAVING (IDAE), funding co-financed by the European Union through the ERDF Operational Programme for Sustainable Growth 2014-2020. An energy saving and efficiency project has been developed consisting of the replacement of several pieces of equipment in the drying line which have low energy efficiency with conventional technology for others with high energy and production performance. The collaboration of the best equipment manufacturers in the sector has been required, who will provide us with significant energy and environmental savings in the process, achieving an estimated saving of 138.08 toe/year.
