ANICE (National Association of Meat Industries of Spain) has awarded our company the first prize for Innovation, in its first call, for the BOADAS1880 TAKES CARE OF YOU range: the first line of traditional cured sausages on the market with a significant reduction in fat and salt (60% and 40% respectively), aimed at consumers who want to enjoy all the flavour while reducing their intake of salt and fat to help prevent cardiovascular risks and overweight.
