BOADAS 1880, with the support of the Government of Catalonia and the Departmentof Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, Food and Natural Environment, has been a beneficiary of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development for the Project on ONLINE OPTICAL SENSORS with the following objectives:
- Improving the quality of meat products with optical sensors online
- Development of a low-cost NIR systemlow cost to determine food quality and safety parameters during the curing of cured sausages
