Reduction of brine emissions

BOADAS 1880, with the support of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, Food and Natural Environment, has been a beneficiary of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development to achieve a healthier product (reduced salt), of higher quality (without defects and with the desired salt content level), while maintaining food safety (Listeria) and using sustainable processing (reduction of brine emissions and energy expenditure).
