To mark our 146th anniversary, we have decided to renew our image with the aim of continuing to grow, evolve, and look toward the future. But there is one thing that does not change: who we are.
In the coming months, the fifth generation will take over with new ideas and the same way of understanding the craft: doing things with care, patience, and respect for the natural rhythm of the curing process. This has always been our legacy and our commitment.
After 146 years, we are much more than a logo. We are 146 years of trust, of work well done, and of people who have walked alongside us.
