BOADAS 1880, with the support of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, Food and the Natural Environment, has been a beneficiary of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development for the NUTRI-SCORE Project with the following objectives:
- Diagnosis of the current situation of meat derivatives according to the NUTRI-SCORE visual nutritional classification system.
- Identification of opportunities for incorporating new ingredients into product formulations.
- Development of formulation strategies and processes to improve nutritional labeling.
