Likewise, we also presented the new “TE CUIDA” range, the first traditional chorizo in the meat market with a 60% reduction in saturated fats and 40% reduction in salt, yet preserving its quality and taste. This range has received the Innovation Award of the National Meat Processing Industries Association of Spain (ANICE) in its first edition.
This innovation has been developed over 3 years by Boadas 1880 R&D&i, in a European project focused on the investigation of improvements in nutritional profiles of food products, and where Boadas has been selected as the only Spanish company to participate in this European project, thanks to its over one hundred years of experience since 1880.
